Upon receiving your email, we will review your request and send you a case number and return/exchange form once authorized. To prevent any delays in processing your request, please include both your order number and case number on the return/exchange form when returning items.
Once we receive your returned items, we will process the request will be processed within 10 business days. We will then send you a notification email once the request is processed, and mail you the desired exchanged item or credit your YP Basics account with store credit equal to the final, after-tax sale price of the returned item(s). No cash refunds.
Please note: All return shipping fees and related miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Moreover, returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us. Thus, we recommend you registered and traceable services when returning your package.
Upon dispute of individual return/exchange cases, YP Basics reserves the right to determine the final resolution.
