Are all items in stock and available for purchase?
All items listed in the shop are available for immediate delivery unless otherwise noted.
Where are YP Basics products manufactured?
YP Basics hats are manufactured in Yupoong’s wholly owned and operated production facilities in Bangladesh and Vietnam.
Can I change currency settings?
A drop-down list is located at the top right of our page. From there you can select the currency to be displayed in the shop.
How are currency exchange rates handled?
When an alternate currency is selected, prices are calculated using the daily exchange rate.
Are there any currency exchange fees?
We only charge the amount shown in your shopping cart, but your bank may charge you a foreign transaction fee, depending on their transaction fee policies. We recommend checking your bank’s transaction fee policies before ordering, as these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
I’m not sure if my order went through. How can I check?
Send an email to [email protected], be sure to include the email address used to place the order, items purchased and the payment method. We will then confirm your order status and reply back as soon as possible.
How long with it take to receive my package?
All orders are processed and mailed out within 3 business days. Shipping time varies according to delivery service selected. Please note orders submitted on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by one of the following courier services, depending on your delivery location: Fedex, DHL, S.F. Express, Hong Kong SpeedPost, Taiwan Express Mail Service, or 7-11 (Taiwan only).
Is Free Shipping available?
International economy shipping is available on all regular orders over US$100. Please note, orders which contain sale items or other promotional discounts are not eligible for free shipping.
Is Express Shipping available?
Express Shipping is available within select locations at additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the following regions, with few exceptions:
- East Asia
- Southeast Asia
- North America
- South America
Note: Some shoppers may be required to pay additional import duty on their purchase, in accordance with local import laws and regulations.
Do I need to pay for import duty and related fees?
All import tax and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the link sent to you in the shipping confirmation email.
Can I add/remove/change items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to add, remove, and/or change to an existing order. If you have concerns with an existing order, please fill out our contact form and provide your order number for further assistance.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
To cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected] But please move quickly, as we process orders as quickly as possible. Orders that have already been packed and shipped can not be edited or canceled.
I just received my order and items are incorrect, missing or defective. What should I do?
Please contact us with any issues related to your order as soon as possible. We will try our best to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.

No, sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How quickly are refunds processed?
Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method and bank. However, most customers receive their refunds within 1 week.
